This is a wonderful loop hike near Umupuia Beach in the outskirts of Auckland along the Duder Peninsula. Walking through fields, the views on Hauraki Golf are beautiful and walkers will be met by ruins of the fortified Māori village of Whakakaiwhara Pā at the tip of the peninsula. It's a great track for families.
