This is a great loop trail around Mount Crichton, near Queenstown, Otoga. The trail starts at a parking lot on the Glenorchy-Queenstown Road, 15 minutes from Queenstown. The hike offers a combination of beautiful mountain vistas, wooded trails, a waterfall and distant views of Lake Dispute and the majestic Lake Wakatipu. There is also an impressive historical cabin near the summit.
