Climb up more than a thousand stairs to summit Hakarimata, North of Hamilton, Waikato. The walk is steep and the stairs can be slippery after the rain. The path is sheltered under the trees until the view opens towards the summit. There is also a waterfall worth noting at the bottom of the trail.
