Discover this trail leading to the summit of Rainbow Mountain in the Waikato region. The trail begins by the parking at the side of Lake Ngāhewa and offers varied landscapes. The track is steeper towards the summit and can be a little rocky and slippery at times. The hike goes through wooded areas as well as offers a beautiful 360° panoramic view at the top and passes by a turquoise crater lake on the way.
