This is a great there-and-back track along the Molonglo River in the Molonglo Gorge Nature Reserve not far from Canberra. The trail is relatively moderate with a bit of a rocky start and an uphill passage but nothing too complicated. The hike meanders in the rich natural landscape and offers beautiful views on the gorge. The reserve boasts a wide variety of wildlife and hikers will encounter blooming native plants and might spot different lizards and iguanas.
