This is a nice loop combining the Sphinx Memorial trail and the Bobbin Head trail in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, a bit North of Sydney. Starting from the Sphinx Memorial, the trail follows Cowan Creek to Bobbin Head and then loops back to the starting point. The trail is moderate going through the forest, and offers great views on the creek, nice rock formations and a diverse range of flora and fauna. It makes for a great day trip outside of Sydney!
