This is a great one-way hike from Seaford to Eastbourne to see the famous Seven Sisters, a long strip of chalk cliffs, in South Downs National Park. The trail gradient varies slightly between uphills and downhills, with a steeper section around kilometre 15. It doesn’t present any technical difficulty, it’s simply long. The path is mostly grassy with some passages on the beach. Walking eastward on this coastal trail, hikers will be greeted by the beauty of the landscape, with the green grass atop the white cliffs and the incredible blue of the Channel.
