This is a great loop along the Seven Sisters cliffs and inside Friston Forest in South Downs National Park beginning in Birling Gap. The trail is moderate with varied terrain, the path along the cliff is grassy and then the trail carries on forest paths that are simply lovely. The gradient is moderate but there are regular uphills and downhills. The views are fantastic particularly so during the first half of the walk; hikers will be greeted by the beauty of the landscape, with the green grass atop the white cliffs and the incredible blue of the Channel.
