Leaving from Mont-Dore, this hike goes around the Pic du Capucin (1,468 m). To start, the path takes the chemin des Artistes then the chemin du Capucin. It is then possible to make a short detour to the peak itself.
The route then continues to the starting point along the Parc des Léchades then crossing the Dordogne.
