Welcome to Hika's Frequently Asked Questions! Here, we try to answer any questions you may have about our subscription.
Hika CLUB allows you to download the trails of your choice, which guarantees offline access to the map, and saves precious battery life.
This subscription also gives access to a 3D mode, which allows you to view any map layer with relief. This mode allows you to better prepare your walks, and in particular to better visualize the elevation of a route.
New features will be added in the coming months.
Hika being a young application in full development, the subscription also supports the three independent developers working on this project full time, in order to help people discover beautiful trails.
Hika offers 3 subscription durations: 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year.
Each of these subscriptions is automatically renewed, unless canceled by you.
It is currently only possible to subscribe via the App Store and the Play Store. Your store affiliated payment method will therefore be used for the Hika CLUB subscription.
Your subscription can be canceled at any time. In this case, it will remain valid until the end of the subscription term, but it will not be renewed. You will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription.
To cancel the renewal, you can go to the settings of the Hika application, then select "Manage subscription". You will find a "Cancel subscription" button.
Purchases made in the App Store or the Play Store are governed by each platform's policies.
You must therefore contact Apple and Google directly so that they can examine your request.
