This is a beautiful there-and-back hike to see the Figure 8 Pools in the Royal National Park, New South Wales. It is important to check the tide schedule before beginning the walk as the pools are only accessible at low tide. The trail is short and combines boardwalks, with beach walking and scrambling to cross the rock passages that lead to the pools. Not only are the rock formation a unique sight to behold, the whole walk offers fantastic coastal and beach views that make the rock scramble well-worth it!
