Discover this challenging and wonderful loop that combines the Dove Lake Circuit and the Overland Track to summit Cradle Mountain in the Cradle Mountain-Lake Saint Clair National Park, Tasmania. The trail becomes quite steep after 2 km and combines boardwalks at the beginning with smaller paths and definitely a bit of a scramble towards the top.
The hike offers beautiful views throughout, from the blue lake, the surrounding mountain ranges to the famous Cradle peak, everywhere seems straight-out of a photo album. The flora is so unique and adds to the beauty of the hike.
