This is a quaint loop around Castle Combe village and Nettleton Mill in the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The trail is moderate going through woodland, villages and fields on rolling hills. The route mixes a variety of terrain, be it pavements, footpaths, road and gravel tracks and is very manageable. The Castle Combe Village is lovely with its old houses and thatched roofs. The walk offers scenic countryside views, passes by a river and is overall a great way to pleasantly discover the area.
