Here is a long and sporty hike leading to Colomby de Gex, located at 1,689 meters above sea level. The first part of the hike takes place mainly in the forest, below the cliffs. After a hard climb, the arrival at Colomby de Gex offers a magnificent panorama, and the path continues through Grand Montrond.
Please note: a portion of this route is prohibited from mid-December to mid-May (zone of tranquility for wildlife).

Excellente randonnée à faire à la fraîche car en plein soleil il fait bien chaud quand on débute la montée.
Une fois en haut le paysage sur la vallée de vaud et le lac de Genève est juste magnifique.
Surtout il faut prévoir de quoi s'hydrater. Si vous avez des enfants, prudence car il y a des falaises abruptes très proches du sentier.
