The start of this hike is on the road to Clairvaux, between Meussia and Thoiria. The path goes deep into the forest until you reach the village of La Fraite, halfway through. The trail then returns to the forest and reaches the starting point via the charming Saut Girard waterfalls.

Parcours à ne pas effectuer par temps humide car ça glisse très fortement sur les racines et pierres au début du sentier. On a dû rebrousser chemin car trop dangereux pour nous.
