This leg of the Stevenson trail is the last for some hikers, while others prefer to continue to Alès.
Anyway, it allows you to enjoy the landscapes of the Cévennes, as they become more southern as the walk continues. Saint-Jean-du-Gard, nicknamed the "pearl of the Cévennes", is worth a visit.
