This is a fantastic loop around Crocodile River by the Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge, north of Johannesburg. The trail is fairly easy with some regular uphills and downhills throughout the walk. The lush landscapes harbours a rich flora and fauna. The flowers, birds, trees and lake are all part of a preserved ecosystem. Hikers might even get a glimpse of zebras and impalas. This walk is particularly family friendly as well.
