This is an incredible there-and-back hike to reach Colchuck Lake, a pristine alpine lake with mesmerizing crystal clear water whilst following the Stuart Lake and Colchuck Lake Trails, in Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Washington. The trail is difficult, beginning on an uphill gradient which becomes steeper as hikers walk along narrow footpaths to reach the incredible lake flanked by the Dragontail and Colchuck peaks. The preserved natural beauty of the landscapes make this trail well-worth the effort.
