This is an incredible loop hike along the Maple Pass Trail in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Washington. Beginning at the Rainy Lake Trailhead and going counter clockwise, the trail is difficult but manageable and follows a relatively steep but gradual uphill to reach Maple Pass before coming back down. The abundance of wildlife, flora and natural beauty make this trail an amazing one, particularly so in the fall when the foliage colors are incredibly vibrant.
