Not too far from Seattle, this is a great there-and-back hike to the impressive Wallace Falls following the Woody Trail in the Wallace Falls State Park, Washington. The trail begins by a moderate uphill track that’s well maintained and well marked, snaking under the lush canopy and leads to the other worldly Wallace Falls that are simply mesmerizing. The trail follows the river for some parts of the hike. The trail is very popular in summer and on weekends.
