Edale, Kinder Scout, and Upper Booth Loop

This is a great loop to Kinder Scout via Upper Booth beginning in Edale in the Peak District National Park, an hour from Sheffield. The trail begins to steeply go uphill along the river Noe, following dirt tracks and narrow footpaths that can get muddy, with some rocky stair sections along the way. At the summit, the trail plateaus before coming back down following a similar gradient to the uphill. The views are ever changing, along the river with little bridge crossings, unique boulders and cattle roaming and are particularly impressive at the top, with far reaching vistas on the surrounding peaks and the valleys below.
