Departing from Gargilesse-Dampierre, voted one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, this hike makes a loop on the banks of the Creuse. The route begins near the castle then quickly rushes into the forest, before continuing in the middle of the fields to the Creuse. Once at the level of the river, the forest path runs along the stream until it reaches Le Pin before returning to the starting point.
