This third stage is the shortest of the GR20, with just under 5 kilometers. But beware: it includes more elevation than the day before, and is by no means easy!
The path takes the suspended footbridge of Spasimata, then climbs to reach the small lake of Muvrella. After two peaks at Bocca di A Muvrella then at Bocca di Stagnu, a fairly steep descent leads to the Asco station.
