Departing from the former resort of la Jumenterie, this hike goes around one of the most emblematic peaks of the Vosges: the Ballon d'Alsace.
The route takes place mainly in the forest, and includes some rocky and narrow passages. The views are also plentiful and stunning.
Note that the path passes near the restaurant "La Chaumière".
