Discover this difficult there-and-back trail near Arthur’s Pass village in Arthur’s Pass National Park, Canterbury. The trail’s ascent is gradual starting from the parking, making it a more popular hike than similar but steeper tracks in the area. All the way throughout the hike the landscapes are breathtaking. The summit offers amazing views on the Waimakariri River and the mountains around. There is a small and simple hut at the top, with very limited space to spend the night.
