This is a very short and easy walk to the Tawhai Falls in the Tongariro National Park, also known as Gollum’s Pool in the Lord of the Rings. The falls, with their crystal blue water, are a beautiful sight and there are a few opportunities for a dip. A short hike to an iconic landmark.
