This is a great loop following the Greenock Cut just on the edge of Greenock, in the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. Beginning at the visitor centre by the Compensation Reservoir, the walk follows well-maintained narrow footpaths and tarmac tracks. The views are scenic throughout, be it on the town with the peaks in the distance or on the water and the waterfall.
