This is a great loop in the rainforest in the Table Mountain National Park to the Cecilia Forest Waterfall near Cape Town. The path meanders through the rainforest on small shaded tracks, with a few stair sections and a moderate ascent. The views on Cape Town and the waterfalls are wonderful. The flora is vibrant and adds to the natural beauty of the walk.
