This is a challenging hike to summit Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District National Park. The trail follows a rocky path with many steep uphills and downhills sections, with some scrambling involved in certain parts. The views at the top are amazing, opening wide on the picturesque landscape below and fells around. Hikers will also pass the Low Water, Goat’s Water, make a small detour to the Brim Fell and might even see Coniston Water in the distance if the visibility is good.
