This fourteenth stage begins gently on the plateau of Cuscionu and its superb pozzines. The trail climbs from Punta di Tozzarella, takes a crest to Bocca di Chiralba, then climbs even harder until it approaches the summit of Incudine (2,134m). Once this has been passed, a steep descent of nearly 500 meters leads to the Asinau refuge.
