This is a lovely there-and-back hike to the Torc Waterfall beginning by the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. The trail is fairly easy, well maintained and well marked, following gravel tracks and grassy paths, with a few stair sections. The landscape of the hike is simply enchanting, beginning by the Muckross House on the lakeside. The landscape then opens on lovely fields and loops with a steeper section inside the forest again to the Torc Waterfall, which is simply beautiful.
