This is an iconic there-and-back hike along the famous Cliffs of Moher in County Clare. The trail is moderate and fairly flat with some rolling hills, following narrow footpaths along the coast, which can be quite muddy following heavy rainfall.
The views of the cliffs and the ocean are dramatic and breathtaking as the waves keep crashing in the rocks below. The open ocean and the ancient rock formations are a spectacular sight. The trail can get busy with tourists at the height of the season.
